I see there are a few new member postings on here so I figure I'll add to it. I just joined a couple of days. My name is Aaron Cowan and I currently live in Moscow, ID where I'm finishing my Masters degree in Electrical Engineering (Power). I moved out West from Kentucky four years ago and have become an avid hiker/backpacker/photographer. Despite being in grad school full-time I find time to squeeze in photography. Engineering might be my career but photography is my passion. Anyway, I look forward to participating in this forum. Just a couple days worth of viewing and I'm wowed by what I see!
Good to see you here, Aaron! Don't be a stranger over at the Rocky Mountain forum. Your work will be a great addition around here.

Welcome to NPN Aaron! You'll find there are just a couple other folks here who have photography and particularly, nature photography as their passion.

Welcome aboard Aaron. As an old engineer/hiker/backpacker/nature photographer I think you have made a great choice. Best of luck in your studies and let's see some great images!
