far too erotic for this side of the water ,so I understand its far more liberal over in cheese land .
Danny should recognise it though he has one just the same.... errrr shape....
I have been on these today but managed nothing this good...

I've decided to pull my finger out and try and comment more, I might even start posting again at some point. As for this image - honestly, I find the background a bit distracting and I think that while there is a lot to be said for building nice settings for images the danger is that they can end up looking a little bit staged. This is not one of my favourites of yours, I can see its merits but I'd prefer to see some more natural behaviour as opposed to 'squirrel on a pretty stump'. You see Ed, I know how talented you are so I'll always want to see you do better.

Thanks Andrew, most appreciated. Of course this is staged as I've mentioned in my first squirrel post. It's just great fun to do and indeed there's a certain danger of doing to much. This is just the beginning and will work on the set ups all winter. And hopefully with two or more squirrels to get some interaction. I really appreciate your honesty as it is very usefull. Thanks Andrew and all the others. To be continued!

Have a similar shot In snow of tufty and I had to defend his honour by saying well it was cold!

Cracking capture and I find the landscape format a lot nicer with the extra space infront of the squirrel.
