Fringilla Coelebs(Female)
Hi everyone. There have been some fabulous images uploaded this evening. This is somewhat drab in comparison :frown: . An often overlooked bird in my opinion. A Female Chaffinch, again taken in some very harsh morning light. All C&C's most welcome.
Regards,
Paul. :wavey:

All too easily overlooked, I was only saying yesterday that this was a species I needed to re-do. Nice feather detail, and a good background.

A good capture Paul
As you said, the light was very harsh and didn't help you but you did well.
Detail is good, looks like your new lens is working great.
Well done.

Geoff.
