Yes, I went up to RMNP again...for the rut...but watched as people seemed to chase the Elk by trying to move closer and closer to them and pushed them way out in the middle of Morraine. I took a few shots, but decided to take a drive. That's weh the fun started and we spoted these guys.

Also, I am wondering what people's thoughts are on this one....does this work for anyone? I made this into an art piece....well, I tried anyway.

I like the softness of the image and the colors of the subject & background work really well together. The drama of the rut is also told magnificently in your composition. I guess you could say I like it alot.

Great detail in the first two turkey portraits. You couldn't ask for better lighting.
There is a beauty (somewhere) in that ugliness.

Great turkeys! The art piece may be just a little on the green side.

I really like the first turkey shot. The art piece is composed really nicely, but I'd brighten things up a bit and lose the greenish cast.

Excellent turkey shots and I really like 'animal-scape' images so that is my favorite. I like the art piece but is just a tad too green for my taste.

Love the turkey shots and the elk with the mist. I also really like the composition and action in the art piece. Ditto the comments about the green cast in an otherwise great shot.

Not much I can add except to agree with the previous posters. The elk near fog is just classic!
As for the artistic rendering of the last, just do a Levels adjustment to brighten it up and it looks a whole lot better! That's a terrific shot no matter how it's rendered!

Fog shot is great. Love the turkeys as well. Well done.
