Sprague Lake Sunrise
I woke up at 3:00 to get there for sunrise. The clouds were heavy when I first got there but by sunrise, most had dissipated. I still managed to capture a few though. Three image blend, lightened the foreground and left the far end dark so the sky would dominate. Critiques appreciated. Thanks

I like the organge colors and especially like them in the reflectio Jack. It may be my eyes (and most likely is) but seems like it needs just a touch of a CW rotation..maybe 2-3% tops.

Beautiful shot, Jack! Really nice light and color in that sunrise. It does look like it's sloped slightly to me, also.

Very nice, Jack. Good color. Tell those critics to tilt their heads a little bit.

Pretty scene, Jack. I agree about the tilt and maybe lighten the mid-ground grasses just a bit.

I dont see too much of a tilt, and the scene is beautiful, but the blend looks odd to me--the fg grass seems totally lit whereas the bg is almost black. Obviously the bg is in shadow which explains some of the difference--but personally id darken the fg a bit and try to bring a smidgen of detail out of the bg--that would look natural to me. Nice shot.

This morning's clouds would have been perfect.
