In the Clouds
Mt Laurel's rugged eastern face just before it was swallowed up by hovering strorm clouds to the west.

Steve, I think this is very cool. It looks very 'alpine' and gives a sense of the immensity of this wall.

Nicely done, and well seen.

Steve,

This almost looks like it was taken from a plane flying over a very rugged and wild mountain range, just enough is exposed and just enough is obscured, you caught it at just the right moment.

Beautiful image. The clouds give a great sense of place as if the viewer is right there on the mountain. Well done.

The clouds give it a nice sense of mystery. While it is hard to get any sense of scale, nice take on a big wall. Might also work nicely in B&W.

Steve,
I agree with the other comments. I almost feel as if I'm sitting in a plane, looking down on it all. Seems like you have just the right amount of contrast between the clouds and wall. Very nicely done. Best Regards.

Pretty flat on the histogram, only took about 20 percent of whole thing so did have to add quite of bit of contrast to it. Thanks guys.
