Hello all,

I'm looking for some Terms and Conditions of image usage that I can use when supplying images to customers. Ideally, I'd like something general that would require minimal tailoring to suit specific uses.

I've done a search without any success. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Cheers,

Kevan

Hi Kevan,

It may be worth posting a copy of your thread over in the Photo Marketing forum HERE

Hi Justin,

Hope you're well.

Thanks for the tip. I'd not ventured outside the realms of this forum so I shall give it a go

Cheers,

Kevan

Hello Kevan

Try the NUJ website, it is very useful.

Best wishes

Hi Kevan,

Sorry, can't tell you what the link is as I can't remember it (it's been a while since I last looked at that sort of thing) - but if you dig around on the NUJ site you should (eventually!) be able to find a link to some sample T&C's that a photographer provided as a sample. It might be under something like Editorial Photographers UK.

Thanks guys. I did have a look on there the other day but to no avail. I'll give it another go.

Cheers,

Kevan

If you look at a number of pros sites you will find terms and conditions, there is also a couple of american books about how to price for photography which have T&C's at the back of them.

Type "Terms and conditions photography" into google you will get some.
