Sandpipers
A pair of Sandpipers found in Fort Worth area-Village Creek Sludge Lagoons. Shot in early morning light on 10-16-10.

Beautiful light, reflections, and background. There seem to be some spots in the background, possibly some sensor dust? The birds seem a little soft, and the bill of one sort of disappears in the shaded chest of the other, which is reinforced by the unfortunate coincidence that the proximal end of the bill lines up with the outline of the chest.

Good job framing and catching an interesting subject in some great light. And the birds are nicely isolated from the background. Thanks for sharing.
