Another welsh stag
I also had a day out trying for some red deer pictures. Unfortunately I had the same problem as Paul in that the sun was just too bright and the contrast was very high. I did manage some reasonable images but when this stag and his ladies spotted me and decided to leave I consciously decided to lower the shutter speed and try a panning shot. Unfortunately he is moving away from me but it wasn't as bad as I expected.

As you say Robert, a pity the Stag is facing away from you. It doesn't always go our way! :frown: . A nice enough image though.
