Here is my first image from this years trip to Kenya.

The were six of these cubs, which was a delight to witness as typically six don't survive very long unfortunately. Mum had just killed their breakfast and despite them having very full stomachs they still found the energy to have a pretend fight.

C&C most welcome.

Canon 1DMK4, 500mm, 1.4x, f5.6, 1/1250, ISO800

Cheers

A lovely image Austin, must have been a joy to capture! I think it looks a little 'flat' though on my monitor.

Lovely inter action Austin. A slight head turn from the cub on the left would have just made it perfect. :wavey: :toast:

Great shot Austin, how can they be so active with those bulging bellies?

Fabulous shot, and I hope you will show us some more.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback everyone, much appreciated.

Paul, Looking at the 720px image here, I agree that it needs a levels or a saturation boost somewhere. Thanks for pointing that out.

Mark, This probably wont make Bebington. I need to wait until your Foxes have collected their awards before I release the Cheetahs !

Cheers

Great action shot, a little flat on my screen too, but well framed and well caught.

Enchanting little cameo this Austin; you've caught the moment. Colours definitely a bit off somewhere, but a great image nonetheless.
