The pick this week went to Bill Chambers' very fine Leafscape - End of Autumn. The image made a complex subject that poses significant compositional challenges appear simple and natural as well as beautiful. The subtle and nuanced processing contributed significantly to the final polish and to the selection.
Other images that received serious consideration were Anne K. Rusk's Day Lily Sunrise for its strong composition and beautiful light; Brigitte Lorenz's water color-like Great Dancers and Giuseppe Guadagno's creative and beautiful A Caper Before Dawn.
There were of course, as always, many other accomplished images posted. Thanks to all of you who commented and posted. Hope you're enjoying the Fall.
