I have 2 pairs that visit my feeding stations but sadly, last week, one somehow managed to lift the lid and get inside one of my wire mesh peanut feeders and died in there
And as John said, it was in perfect condition.
Well done.
Geoff.

Great background here, Maggie. Maybe a little more space at the bottom would be good, but no big deal.

Nice one Maggie just about bob on
That nutter in the red car was back yesterday and actually walked over the set up and throw loads of feed all over the place

A cracking pose in this one, with nice vibrant colours,

Hi Maggie, you've caught this one very nicely. A catchlight would have bought it alive a bit more, but if they won't oblige, there's little you can do. is that a stryay feather at the base of the tail or some kind of growth? I can't make it out on my screen. eric
Thanks all for your comments. Sorry to hear about your Nuthatch Geoff. That must have been really upsetting.
Eric have had a look at the image close up. I don't think it is a growth. Just a loose or ruffled feather.
