Just a blue tit
One of the most common birds in cheese land but still a beautiful bird.

iso 200 1/30 sec. f/4 full frame

Lovely shot on an uncommon type of perch - for general viewing I think there's too much space above the bird but I guess great for editiorial/front cover use.

Lovely detailed shot , great colours and unusual perch. I have to agree with Duncan re the space above the bird

Clean, simple, perfect Edwin. The location is different and refreshing, but the BG looks so much more realistic and natural. :toast: :toast:

Think I prefer the Nuthatch overall.

Cheers Edwin :wavey:

BTW Saw the image of the Barn owl in the hay bail, now I wonder where that was shot, LOL, however Danny accompanied you in the magazine too.

lovely image and the setting is gorgeous

Personally I quite like all that extra space as it seems to emphasise the smallness of these smart little birds. The perch is great and you have just the right amount of oof foreground.

I also like the space at the top. Amazing detail at f4 and slow shutter speed. Beautiful BG and nice perch. :wavey:
