With the rain falling, I was reminded of September 22nd when rain fell pretty much across the state. Bob Karcz and I were on Boreas Pass and we both shot this image of the trees with wet leaves. The moisture certainly enhances the colors.
I hope it is okay to say here - and my comments are absolutely unsolicitied - that I took Nat Coalson's class on Lightroom 3 last weekend. I would highly recommend the two day class to anyone who wants to be amazed at the processing power of LR3. Nat is a superb teacher. He makes the lesson understandable, even for old fossils like me. Nat had an assistant along who helped when someone - way too often me - became bogged down a bit. It was a most enjoyable and beneficial experience.
The attached image is one I worked after taking Nat's class.

Well, that's a winner, isn't it? I like the comp and the processing. Wish I had a little pocket money to do that class. Of course I would have to buy LR3 first.

Rod, I think you did a great job processing this. Like Morris, I also like the comp...mainly how the road disappears into the trees.
