I'd like to ask about some type of wireless device, providing an ability of remote shutter of the camera. I have Nikon D200 digital SLR and wish to take advantage of wide-to-normal-angle wild life photography in addition to telephoto with lenses some kind of 35 or 50mm.
I've already known about such Quantum (www.qtm.com) devices, also Wein Synch Pro 1, (about which I still doubt whether it is suitable for my needs, or it is jast for flash sync). And also very hard to find original Nikon ML-2 or MW-3.
So, I would be grateful if anyone who is familiar to such or SIMILAR devices would help me to select the appropriate one! :)
Also, if ML-2 or MW-3 - where can I buy them - I haven't succeeded in search for them...

I looked into this late last year, and found out it's possible to make a Nikon camera remote control, but it is very expensive. You need either the Quantum or the Pocket Wizard set (a transmitter and receiver,) and an adapter for the camera. Instead of the expensive electronic stuff, I bought a 20 foot air bulb shutter release. It does most of what I want for not much money.
