Printer Feed Problem

I purchased a box of 8.5x11 anasazi canvas prem matte 350 Moab paper and our epson 1280 will not feed the paper. Any suggestions?

Are you using the rear/roll paper feed slot? You may also need to set the platen gap to wide to make it work properly.
