This is an image from a trip to Bass Rock earlier this year.

The gannets were diving for fish close to the boat

Canon 7D canon 17 - 85mm lens (56mm) 1/1000sec f8 ISO 320

Nice to see a different Gannet image. Lovely detail on the bird's wings.

Congrats on getting runner up in Outdoor Photographer. Nice GSW image.

Hello Ron.

Nice action shott and good detail.

I think I would like just a little more room at the top so the Gannet in the background is not to close to the edge of the frame.

very nice and different just needs a tad more room at the top of the image if you have it

I agree it need more on top, unfortunately there isnt ant.I could use a little canvas but I'm not too sure
