Oriental Pied Hornbill
Here is another Borneo shot, this one taken above ground

Nikon D300s
Sigma 50-500 at 500mm
Tripod from a boat
F8.0
1/400s
ISO 800

Unfortunately, I have had to resize it to 560px on the longest length in order to make it smaller than 300kb

As the image is fairly "complex" the auto "save to web" command probably isn't applying much compression

If you use "file: save as: jpeg", rather than "file: save to web" to generate your final jpeg image you can adjust the file compression applied (for a 720x pixel image usually around compression ratio 9 or 10) so you don't have to reduce your image size to get under the 200kb file size limit. - also for some reason I find the sRGB colours stay more accurate on web presentation - I've never fathomed that one out......

It is hard to tell at this size, but I get the impression that the focus is on some of those leaves rather than on the bird itself. When you have a complex background like this you are probably better off setting the autofocus to a single small spot rather than leave it on a more general focus setting.
