Stopped by Cove Lake and Mount Magazine today on the way back from Little Rock. This area is peaking and and should be good through the weekend. This was some of the best color I have seen this season.
I also stopped by Flatside Pinnacle and the colors there are not even close to what I saw at Mount Magazine.

Oh yeah, that is looking great. I have been by there three times since 10/15 and not seen color like this.
I guess I know where I'll be tomorrow evening.

I have been out and about also the last few weeks and it seems that the fall colors are finally arriving late this year.
