Another Puffin with Sandeels taken on Skomer Island in West Wales, UK.
Konica Minolta Dynax 7D
Sigma 50-500 EX
1/800th second
f6.3
ISO 200
330mm
-0.7 stop exposure compensation
Centre-weighted metering
Hand held
I went into my living room to upload this photo over half an hour ago but had to stop due to an absolutely fantastic experience I had through the window on my feeding station just 10 feet away.
Managed to set my camera up and get 59 shots and I'm still shaking with excitement.
You'll have to wait until tomorrow to see a photo

You will keep us waiting? :(
Nice puffin too, sharp and clear down to the scales on the sand eels! Will have to sort my shots out sometime too :(

Bags of detail - I can even see you reflected in the eye You might have gone for a lower pov, but that is a minor nit.
I'm intrigued about tomorrow.
