Through the window
One from today. Not the best weather but a beautiful spot. Sods law - pair of Kestrels hovering and perching on rocks closer than I have ever seen and only had a 12-24mm lens

D300 12-24mm @24mm f16 1/6s -0.3EV ISO200 Tripod cable release

C & C welcome

I love the idea behind this and the textures and colours in the rocks are lovely. I think I would have tried a lower PoV to try and get the window on the top left third and a definite point of interest through the window would have been the icing on the cake, but obviously I don't know if that would have been possible. This is just the sort of shot I like though Maggie and it's great to see you trying some different stuff.

Very different, it works really well. I agree with Eric's note about the point of interest in the window but on the other hand, the layers of colours in the distance add a great deal of interest in themselves.
