10 stop mono
Taken at Marloes in West Wales.

We intended to go across to Skomer Island to photograph the Puffins this day but the boat didn't sail as there was bad weather due in the afternoon.
So we went to a nearby beach and used our 10 stop filters instead.

Sony A350
Sigma 10-20 EX
76 seconds
f8
ISO 100
10mm
B&W 10 stop ND filter
Tripod
Cable release

Good to see you have junked the rubbish D3 and cheap Nikkors and gone back to a decent camera

Excellent as usual Geoff :toast:

I have no experience on landscapes I am afraid.

I like the dark edges to the frame and that the lightest part is towards the centre. That leads my eye into the picture very nicely. I am not sure about the bottom LHS.

Cheers

Love the mist across the water and the sky looks as if a firework has exploded. Works really well in B&W. Love it. :wavey:
