Mute Swan
Taken yesterday evening as the last ligt hit the trees behind the lake, which reflected into the water.

There will be more Borneo shots after this

Nikon D300s
Sigma 50-500 at 370mm
Manual focus
F8.0
1/125s
ISO 500

ps. Today, I ordered a Nikon 200-400mm f4 VR from Mifsuds!! It arrives on Wednesday!!

Some very interesting colours in this one Oscar.

I am sure you will enjoy the 200-400mm. It seems to be every Nikon users favourite lens.

Cheers

Austin

Every Canons users favourite lens too ;) I would love Canon to develop one. :(

Lovely colours, great idea.

Thanks

Austin, apparently, there is a 100-400 Mk2 coming out next year, so it could be f4.5 throughout, or f4...

Hi Oscar,

really nice shot the colours are great :toast: I would however "crop" ( rude word) the image to remove the white line across the top.

You will enjoy the 200-400 its a great lens

Lovely composition and lighting but I would agree with Ian about the crop

The crop would be good, and I would let the swan have a little more space on the LHS if the opportunity arose again.
