Went to John Bryant Saturday after reading Skip's report that the Snow Trillium were blooming. Not too many people out due to the weather.(38 degrees and snowing?) Here is one from the trip.

This is very nice David! I'm hoping to get over there in the next couple of weeks. Was anything else in bloom?
I was at Clifton Gorge last Sunday and saw pretty much the same thing as Skip mentioned in a previous thread. The blooms now are small and scattered so a macro lens would help to capture them. The good news was that I notices a lot of sprouts coming up that look very promising. I would say at least 2 more weeks before they will be blooming.

Mary Ann and I were out there yesterday. The Hepaticas are coming fast and were beautiful. Also saw Snow Trilliums (most of them fading fast), bloodroot, Spring Cress, and lots of things sprouting. Anytime for the next three weeks shoud be great there. I plan to go out Wednesday to photograph. I'll try to post an update then.

Any updates on John Bryant State Park as of April 10th? I am thinking about heading over that way mid-week and I was wondering how the wildflowers were looking?
