Hi Ian, nice looking Bullie, very photogenic. I like the catchlight here, one I saw recently on another forum looked so false.
Personally I would like to see a tad more room at the foot of the image, just find it a tad tight. If that is full frame, then perhaps cropping some from the top might work and would also remove some of the darker streaks. There also looks like a sharpening artifact on the right side of the head & body?
Still nice to see these guys.

Agree with Steve but a nice image all the same. From the title I was expecting a bullfinch kebab.

NIce one Ian. Maybe a bit more space right would have helped but no big deal.

Nice image Ian but agree with Steve re more room at the bottom and the sharpening artefact. I also think your copyright would have looked better on the LHS

Thanks for the comments .
No room at the bottom I am afraid a case of it coming too close, should have used the 200-400

2nd one appears to have lost the 'zing' in the reds, improved by the copyright relocation .

Cheers Mark,
Just a " too " quick edit should have spent more time on it

A great substitute for a Waxwing
Well done Ian.
The first upload with the copyright on the left would do for me.

always nice to see these beauties. Minor nit at the bottom mentioned, nicely captured otherwise.
