Icelandic sunset 2
This was taken at Ogmore in South Wales while the dust from the Icelandic volcano was in the atmosphere.
It was taken about 30 feet from where I took my first upload but this time, instead of using 500mm I used only 10mm of focal length.

The tide was right in, covering all the lovely foreground so I had to work hard to find a decent composition.

Sony A350
Sigma 10-20 EX
Tripod
Cable release
10mm
It's a 5 shot exposure blend so I don't have any more exif info for you.

As I have said before - I am not into landscapes but I like this sort of stuff you are posting.

Thanks John
It's Porthcawl.

nicely taken Geoff, I've also enjoyed your landscape shots. Could this one benefit from a bit of CCW rotation? Not sure - the horizon does look about right but the sea doesn't quite look right next to the peninsula. I suspect it's probably about right as it is

Another stunning landscape Geoff. You are getting too good at this  Love the colours and a nice lead in between the two rocks in the foreground. The patch of shingle to the right tends to draw my eye a little though. What do I know
