NPN has helped me tremendously in becoming a better nature photographer. Thanks all for your advice when I was entering this Gallery contest. The ribbon says Second Place, but actually I won Third Place today - Ribbons were misplaced.
Pretty exciting to show up to the opening and see that you have won. I thought my wife was going to have a breakdown when she saw I had won.
Print is hanging up at the Ordover Gallery located in the San Diego History Museum until January 31, 2011. Thanks all.

I wanted to post this picture, but my wife said I had to post one of myself. I'd much rather see a pic of my son (Mateo) then that guy up above. Oh well.
Kudos on the gallery win, David. Put that image up on the CANP gallery for a better look for us all.

Congratulations David! It's a great feeling eh? I know the excitement, so congrats.
Now I'm with Jeffrey here - please post a non-second-generation image. It's nice to see the gallery presentation, but the reflection makes it so we can't see the original impact of the image! :-)
Great shot of your son!

Thanks Lon, I posted the original photo on the critique forum - wasn't sure where to post so just posted it there. Thanks.

That is awesome, David. Congrats to you, again. I'll be dropping by the exhibit sometime soon and can't wait to see everything on display.
