When I lived in CA, inexpensive plexi for framing was easily obtainable at one of the many TAP Plastics stores around. I can't find anything like this in the Denver/Boulder area. Where do you guys find plexiglass for framing prints?

Dan, try Regal Plastics in Littleton. My work buys all of our acrylic and lexan from there (we're a signs and graphics company, not a framer). Not sure on pricing since I'm not the buyer, but a good source. I know I have another name at work too, will look up tomorrow when I get there. Good luck!

It might be farther than you want to go, but Plastic Depot in Colorado Springs sells plexi by the full sheet and they'll cut it for you. I don't remember what size the sheets were, but I'd draw up templates to figure out how many individual pieces of various sizes I could get from a full sheet, take it to them and they took it from there.
Brent sent me to Regal Plastics once and I can tell you it worked out great. Their prices were ridiculously low, the folks behind the counter were very pleasant, and the warehouse guys even cut a few sheets of the product for me for free.
Good luck,
CAZ

Regal Plastics looks good. I wish they weren't so far. I suppose if I order enough, they'll ship it. Thanks for the information.

Hobby Lobby sells Acrylite glazing cut to size. Its not real cheap, and the service is pretty poor, but they're an option unless you need it on Sunday.
Another option is to buy the glazing with your frames through frame destination, american frame or one of those.
Many glass shops also carry acrylic.

If I recall correctly, Home Depot sells plexiglass. McGuckins in Boulder does too. I can't speak to the price.
