And an even better deal at Amazon ($70 incl. shipping and after $20 rebate)

I would not trust Adobe to comply with the rebate. For Elements 8, I stapled the required proof of purchase to the required form and sent it in. I got a card saying I did not include the proof of purchase. Need less to say, since they put my paper work in the round file, and pocketed the rebate, I will never deal with "Adoppy" again.

I has the same experience with Adobe on Elements 8 ... did all the right things ... and got the rejection letter. I was not impressed ... even though I do like the product!
I'd strongly suggest keeping a copy of every rebate form you send in, along with copies of all the UPC's etc that they want. I also submit them by Certified Mail with return receipt, so they can't claim they never got it.
I had a large rebate rejected by Nikon once, for "lack of submitting XXX" and was successful in fighting it when I sent copies showing I had complied with every single step.

I HATE all rebates.
They should not be supported and if more people rejected them the manufacturers might get the message.
I am not impressed with Adobe's concern with its image of customer support.
I always mention my problem whenever the name Adobe comes up in a conversation at any of the camera several different club meetings I attend.
