It is not always sunny in Kenya as this image shows. It poured down on several afternoons this year which represented another challenge photographically.
There was no way that I was going back to camp, even though the teaming rain looked set for the rest of the day. The Cheetahs were moving so I stayed to watch and record their behaviour, inching the ISO up as it got darker.

Fantastic! Proves the point that the best images are to be found in adverse conditions. I can't make my mind up which facial expression I prefer! Not too sure about the colours though - they look a little red (maybe the effect of the rain?).
Excellent. You could even have two seperate images from this one frame as both animals would stand alone in an image. I particularly like the cat on the left shaking the rain off and would love to see a portrait orientation of it on it's own.

Stunning behaviour shot and one that would do well in a National Geographic magazine!

Great shot Austin. Nice to see it's not only raining in Holland. :)

Another great shot in the rain. I had thought a little dark, but lighten it and you lose some of the mood.Good to see something a little different.
