I didn't get a chance to go too many places this fall to shoot but I did manage to get some shots around my house and around town. Any comments or critiques ould be greatly appreciated. This first one is actually from last year, I kind of forgot about it until I was going through and throwing away/cataloguing images. It was taken in my yard.

I just love your tree abstract - #1 rocks!

#1 is awesome! I can't think of a shot I've seen quite like it, with all those detailed leaves outlined by snow. It almost looks like you ran it through some photo art embossing kind of filter.

Thanks for your comments, I was thinking about making a big print of #1 so your comments are very helpful. Jackson, it is a straight shot, no art filters. It was taken last October on a morning right after an early snow. It looks a lot better bigger where you can see the details better.
Sorry to be unclear, Scott, I did not figure any filter was involved. Just trying to come up with a way to describe the effect of those snowy outlines.

I really like all of them, but the first one is simply stunning.

A really nice set with great color in all of them. The first is mesmerizing, and the goose shot has killer color in the reflections.

How did I miss this post? #1 is jaw dropping! It's amazing what we find "lost" on our large hard drives. I also really like #4. The reflections are wonderful.
