Nice reflection Maggie, think it would have benefitted from lower POV if possible

POV aside Maggie, you have a very good reflection and good exposure too. If it were mine I might be tempted to go for a slightly tighter crop.

Nice one Maggie
Maybe bring out a bit more detail on the head neck and eye ?

Nice image Maggie, It's really difficult to stop the whites blowing on these birds, but you have done well with the exposure here, and a nice reflection to boot. A lower POV would be preferable, but it ain't always possible. Well done!

Paul Rosser.

Hello Maggie.
Nice capture but for me this could do with some brightening and it could take it quite easy. POV is fine for me as the water behind the bird is nice and calm so we have no distractions in the water, and the higher POV as given a better reflection which get lost with these ultra low POVs.
My only real nit in this image is the area around the eye where we seem to have lighter circle, which coots dont have, so I'm thinking you have brought the eye out in PS but not put the plummage back.
Sorry if this is not the case as some birds do have strange areas of plummage at times.
I have added a slightly lightened virsion to see what you think. Hope this was ok.
Thanks folks for the comments. Guy I don't mind in the slightest. I think your slightly lightened version does look better. The eye lightened as I lightened the image.
