Might have taken you by surprise but still a superb shot, nice one

Fantastic! Really dramatic action. By the way, I stumbled across a few of your prints in an outlet up North before you started posting here. I called my wife over to admire them - they were absolutely outstanding.

Looks pretty good Mark. Lovely.
Would like to see some information on how you process your high ISO shot - your presentation of these files are spot on.
Nit already covered. Fantastic action shot all the same. Talons fully extended and the concentrated look on the Owls left eye and its posture makes for a fine image.
Superb

Tight bit covered but hey what a superb shot.
Keith.
Nit already covered, but other than that a great action shot.

Just wondering if you get a prize for saying " nit covered " ...

Bit tight in the frame - nit covered. I guess if the owl was pouncing on something then the crop wouldn't be too tight. Nice action.
Cheers,
Chris

Not something I would mind getting surprised by. Spot on and given the type of action and direction of travel its not too tight in the frame for me. Unfortunately, this means I don't get the $1 'nit covered' subscription rebate this time ..

Hi Chris , Its full frame top to bottom hence its too tight in the frame not from cropping ..
