Oh Karen, this is absolutely great!! Lovely detail, and a wonderfull setting, really like this one. The 400mm f5.6 'L', is a really nice sharp lens isn't it, glad I kept my 50D too, seeing this. Great shot! :toast: :toast: :toast:

I really like this one Karen. The perch is interesting without been over powering and the dusting of snow really tops it off.

Hi Karen,

Gorgeous image. Great detail and the background compliments the bird. As has already been said the Fungi and Snow on the perch is the icing on the cake. Overall a superb image. One that I would like to have in my portfolio. :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast:

Excellent image - the rather different perch and the snow is good and the background makes it stand out :toast:

Lovely detail Karen. Bonus getting snow and fungi as well  I have yet to see one this year (apart from flocks flying). Only ever managed to get them in a tree though.
