Flora Highlights

This week's pick went to Mark Stahlke for Phalaenopsis # 2. The exposure, composition and processing were particularly creative and well done - producing an exceptional orchid image.

Other images seriously considered for the selection included:

Michael Loew's Attraction - exposure and composition
Mauro Pasquero's Dahalia - composition and color
Carol Hyman's Brown and Green - composition and processing

As always, there were many other accomplished images posted during the week. Those listed above just happened to be particularly appealing to the moderators.

A happy Thanksgiving to all. Terri and I plan to be in RMNP by 06:30 to spend the morning shooting and enjoying the park. I hope you all have something as agreeable planned.

Hi Pat,

You and Bill are taking critiquing to new heights with your accompanying explanations.

Nice job.

I hope you and Terri enjoy Thanksgiving and RMNP. Sounds wonderful.

Carol

Thanks for taking the time to provide insight into the selection process. This is a "Best Practice" that all Moderator's should consider including. Hey, it's a small "Pat" on the back, but nevertheless recognition that their efforts are appreciated and considered.

Ditto what Carol and Ron said - greatly appreciated, Bill and Pat!
