Happy Cyber Monday everyone. I hope you all had a great holiday weekend! I just wanted to announce that "photography project" I've been working on to all my friends here. It's my first book, "Classic Colorado" which is a selection of more than 80 images from around the state. (Sorry Stan this project didn't involve bikinis and tropical islands this time, but if I sell out of these I may take a trip back to the British Virgin Islands so anything to help the cause will be appreciated ) For more information including sample pages check it out on my website here.

Ordered mine. Congratulations, Josh! BTW, I am sending you a message regarding shipping address for me. I moved, but haven't changed my address on Paypal yet.

Thanks guys. It means a lot coming from two people who have published some awesome books and know how crazy this process can be! I received your Paypal info Todd, but I'll make sure to get your new address for shipping. All of the copies will be in stock in about a week so we have a little time.

Congratulations, Josh! You're in the big leagues now.
Sample images look great. This will definitely be on my list!
Now, all you need is Grant Collier's publicist.

Beautiful Josh!

Congrats! It looks good! I'm sure it's exciting to finally see the finished version of your 1st book.
I happen to know Grant Collier's publicist (his initials are also GC). He works for me for free but would probably overcharge you and get lousy results to boot.

The cover and sample pages look great.
When's your seminar on how to publish a landscape photography book?
Will this be available in stores, or only through your site?

Awesome Josh!

Excellent achievement. The printing looks great so many times a book will be published and the colors will look off. Really like the cover and the images displayed. The price seems very reasonable. Hope your hard work pays off and you sell out the complete edition.

Thanks everyone for your kind comments! I will indeed be bringing boxes of them to the shindig. At least one copy may be part of the raffle too.
At the moment they're exclusively for sale on the website. I'm submitting them to Amazon, B&N, Tattered Cover and perhaps to some connections at the Regis and CSU bookstores for review. If all goes well they'll be available at those locations by the start of 2011. Thanks for the publicist offer Grant but I have one too. Coincidentally his initials are JH. That journalism degree has to be good for something.

Congrats, Joshua! You should consider national park and state park visitor centers for promotion, too.
