Little Owl ptII
A wider angle shot than the last one I posted - more straw I'm afraid, but that's where they live.......

I might be tempted to increase the contrast a touch but other than that it's a very nice image. No problem about the amount of straw as it tells the story of where the bird lives.

Definetly needs a bit more contrast but what a cracking image, like the oof straw, eyes lock staright away onto the owl and colours compliment each other :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast: :toast:

Tis a nice image . Personally I'd be inclined to tap on the shadow and highlight tool to either even the bright BG staw up or pull the FG up to match it .

Hello Graham.

Nicely captured and a good choice of DOF on this as I really like background to this.

Hi Graham,

I've got no problem with the straw, theres one living in a similar stack of bales near me. Unfortunately every time I go up I just get images of the straw

For me the straw gives a lovely uniform textured setting for the owl to pop out of. Like it lots! :toast:
