Another Eagle shot
Caught this yesterday morning one coming in to land and the other saying not my limb. This was the most interesting shot of the day.
Olympus E5 Sigma 50-500 @ 1000mm eq f10 1/1000 ISO 1250

Nice catch. The white background appears very "wintery".

Good catch, Kendall. My only wish is that you had more space on the left side of the image, but the white background works for me at this time of year.

Not sure about residence but at the moment these Eagles are at Lock & Dam #18. I have only gone North as far as New Boston, IL but there are some there as well. Plan on making a run to Keokuk, IA this Sat. to see what is happening there. About anywhere along the river now you can find a few, probably about 100 at #18.
