Thanks Don! Since Elements 9 has added Content-Aware Fill and layer masks (and I'm constantly overwhelmed by Photoshop), I'm switching to Elements. I figure that I can do everything I need to in Lightroom 3 and Elements 9.

The Content Aware Fill in Elements doesn't quite work the way it does in CS5.
In Elements, it's available in the Spot Healing Brush and for filling in the edges of panos, but it doesn't include the Content Aware patching ability of CS5,
There is a workaround to that over at YouTube.
Note that there's no audio there.

Johns right of course But for the money 54.00 with flyer coupon and 10% off sale price its sure worth it. I also use Lightroom and Elements and it fits my needs. Off course you have to realize that up to two years ago I shot film. I had Elements 6 and just switched yesterday to elements 9 and between the Content Aware and a more powerfull sharpening tool its worth the upgrade.
P.S. John your software skills and knowledge have amazed me and I always look forward to your post. I only wish I had half of your skills in this area.
