Duck(s) ID, please
I think these are male and female of the same species, but I cannot find them in my Sibley. Anyway, they swam together and flew off together.

I believe they are hooded mergansers, looks like a nonbreeding male on the left and it may be a female on the right, but 1st year birds often look like the female.

Hooded Merg would be my guess too.
