Anyone been across the new Hoover Dam bypass?

Hi Everyone-

I'm heading up to Kingman/Bullhead City for Xmas and plan to continue up to Vegas for a couple days and play with the neon at night. Have any of you been across the new bypass? I travelled through a couple times during the construction but haven't been back since completion. I would figure that I could shoot the dam from it but wonder if anyone might have some tips as to shooting the bypass bridge as well. My best guess would be late afternoon/sunset shooting east.

Any info would be apprecieated-

Have not been across it yet but I hope it cuts down on the traffic jam that was the dam.
