A few plans, more wildflowers this year, couple of places in RMNP I would like to see the sunrise, a few waterfalls I need to get to. Win big in Vegas at the end of the month
Spring is my favorite, as well. Might go to Moab again later this month. Then in early May, it's off to the east coast for a week to photograph spring there. Then late May/early June, it's Malaysia again. Hmmm...and this is the -Colorado- Nature Photographer Net?? What's wrong with this picture?

First weekend in May, I'll be heading to the Kanab, UT area. Around the time of the full moon in May, I'll try to head east to the Pawnee Buttes and see if I can't get lucky with a risng full moon, a setting sun, and spring wildflowers. I also wanna check out the Paint Mines Interpretive Park in May. Finally, in mid-June I'll be heading up to Yellowstone & Grand Teton NP. Yep, my Spring is looking good this year.

Going to the San Juan Islands in Washington state in June to photograph the orca whales. Been there before and it is really nice. It is really incredible to see those whales in the wild versus Sea World.
I'm actually going out to Moab this week, hopefully the weather will cooperate. I will also be spending some time in RMNP and I'm sure I'll make my way down to the San Juans and CB during wildflower season. I'm also going to try the Grand Junction area in May--for the first time -- I always end up driving thru on the way to Utah. I'm soooo glad spring is finally here!
This year, it's a return to the Dunes and the San Juan Mountains, and of course Crested Butte. I'll wait on the Maroon Bells till fall and do more of RMNP.

I'm heading to Paris next weekend. I'm working in New York City now and I'm hoping I get to spend some time at home in CO somewhere in between. I'm with Ken... CNP? Seems like everywhere but Colorado for me right now. I'm looking forward to seeing what everybody comes back with though.

Hopefully I'm getting to Bisti in the next couple of weeks. In May I'm heading to Olympic NP for tide pools, oceans, and rain forests (and maybe some spring flowers) - and my anniversary.
This year is going to be a 'local' year; Golden Gate Canyon and the James Peak and Indian Peaks areas are high on my target list, but I'll take some time to do Pawnee (if I can squeeze it in around the PNW trip) and Crested Butte and/or Maroon Bells flowers.
already hit Arches and Oregon. Going east to visit family in a week...plan to camp 3 nights at Great Smoky Mountains Nat'l Park, spend 2 days on the Georgia coast and 2 days on the Florida coast.
