Bandelier/Bandera
Did a little loop through N NM over the weekend, a half day at the Ice Caves, and a day at Bandelier. It was overcast the whole time, but a nice scouting trip. Heres the floor of the cave, the green is an arctic algae.

5) Cliff dwelling--this might have looked pretty cool at sunrise/set too...

6) I finally got a nice sunset when i was driving back to Pueblo! Nothing within 100 miles to use as a foreground, so i took a close up of these irridescent clouds--one of the better examples of cloud irridescence ive seen!

I have NEVER seen iridescent clouds at sunset like this. WOW! I would suggest sending that one to the Astronomy Picture of the Day dude. I doubt it pays, but that would be a nice feather in your cap.

That third shot is absolutely awesome. Good stuff all around, but that one especially resonates with me.

Nice stuff, Stan! I'm with Todd, that third shot just sings New Mexico outback to me. #4 makes me feel nice and local too.

I really like 3 and 5, Stan. The clouds in 6 are crazy.

I love the cliff dwelling shot the most. The BW processing looks great. The cloud irridescence is wonderful too.

#3, 4, and 5 are rockin' good shots, Stan! Excellent job of balancing interior to exterior in #5!
