Happy Holidays from the Alps!
Although my participation on the forum has been sporadic at best the last few months, I wanted to pop in to wish you all a Merry Christmas and happy holidays! :wavey:

I've been in Europe for the last two months, and will be here for the remainder of the winter as well, before returning home to Colorado by May.

So far I've had some nice photo trips in the Dolomites in Italy, in Austria, and in Switzerland. You can see all my latest wintery Alps photos here:

Peace! :toast:

Jack, not only do you get to see some incredible places - you give the rest of us the privilege of experiencing them through your unique and talented viewpoint. Those of us who don't have Germany or Switzerland (or the Mt. Sneffels summit, for that matter) in our future appreciate all the hard work you put in to share them with us. Thank you!

Impressive series of impressive mountains! I've wanted to visit the Dolomites for quite some time now, but I'm not sure if it will ever happen, so getting to see your impressions is a very suitable alternative. Thanks and have a great holiday!

Merry Christmas, Jack. Can't wait to see more of your journey.
Those jagged peaks in the Dolomites covered with snow blow me away. :toast:

You've picked a great winter to spend in Europe. I hear from my Austrian cousins that they are "enjoying" and epic snow year.
