A few more from Epic Wednesday
Here's a few more shots from last week's awesome all-day upslope event. #1: This one's from Wednesday morning.

#2: This one (and the rest) are from Wednesday afternoon. An obvious two-shot blend.

#4: On this one I missed getting a Brocken's Spectre by mere moments.

#5: Lastly, I did get a few beams of sunlight to backlight the fog for just a few moments before the sun dipped behind the clouds hovering around Pikes Peak's summit ridge.

Awesome stuff, Todd--especially 2 (even with clipped reds  ),3, and 5--5 is definitely the winner of the whole set!

#2 is the definite eye grabber for me, and the othersare excellent atmospheric shots. Sweet action all the way around!

All are nice but #5 is KILLER. Cloudman makes it happen again!

Jody & Vincent: the list is already filled for this week, and there's a waiting list for the next few weeks. (Most are drivers I encounter on I-25.) Would you like me to call you if, in the rare instance, there's a cancellation?

Every one of these is superb!
I also like #2, but feel tht the blend is obvious. Not quite sure what would make it appear more natural, though.Perhaps a bit less saturation?

Todd, these are all stunning! Hope if you come to the January party, one of these is what you bring as a print!

The whole series is awesome Todd! I love the blends...you wanna teach me how to do that?

They're all excellent, but #2 may be the best PP shot I've seen anywhere!

Love the color and the low clouds in the second image.

Not sure how I missed this thread. As much as I'm impressed with #2, the light and depth in #1 just blow me away. It's my favorite from this group.

#2 is a definite keeper, great light and comp!
