Does anyone know where I can download this effect. Two years ago, I downloaded it free from PS Elements Techniques. The effect, somehow, got corrupted a long time ago. I just thought about it this week and tried to find it.
this is a fun effect, so, I figured one of you knows where I can get it.

thanks

Is this the effect you are looking for? http://jims-ramblings.blogspot.com/2010/12/going-round-again.html. I got it from an Adorama newsletter that attributed it to Carol Leigh.

Jim ...this is the effect, but it won't load properly into my effects folder. Could it be corrupted, like my original file?

Diane Miller made an action to do that on Adorama.
