I am finally making some time to work my way through more images. Here are a few more images from my Bosque trip.
This first one is another take off shot, but caught his wing tips dipping back into the water.

#6 This one was wondering why he was so different. This was actually some sort of goose. I don't think he was a juvie snow, but might have been. He might just have a different color pigmintation. But I liked how he seemed to feel out of place.

#9 And finally here is one NOT from Bosque. I got this the next morning back in Denver at Belmar, but really liked the light.
Great work Kurt! The wing dip is great!
It really is an incredible place!

Really sharp bif images.
With all these great sandhill and snowgeese images recently, I may have to make the 6 hour drive.

"Sorry for such a large post."
Are you kidding me?! These are a gold mine!
I like each and every one of these, but my favorites are of the snow goose, the heron and the #7 group shot, just because they're unique.
Exceptionally fine work, Kurt!
Really nice set. I like Wing Dip, the Snow Goose, and the blast off. After what you and Steve put on here I'm sitting here kicking myself for not planning a trip to the Bosque this year.
Maybe if I have any vacation time left in December........
