Welcome to a new year and decade, NPNers! As with every new year, we are announcing our annual Editor's Pick Awards for the previous year, 2010. It seems that every year the bar gets raised higher and higher as to the quality of the winning images and this year is no exception.

So without further ado, here are the 2010 NPN Editors Pick Awards: Top Nature Photos 2010

Also check out the revolving gallery of winning images as displayed on out Front Page: 2010 Editors Pick Revolving Gallery

My Ten Questions Interview this month is with a photographer and writer you are probably already familiar with, Guy Tal. Enjoy!

Next, we have a article from another photographer you might happen to know, Marc Adamus. In One Way to Photograph North America, Marc takes us on his epic 3-month journey to capture autumn from the Arctic Circle to the Utah desert. What a ride!

And lastly, I offer up a review on my favorite new photo backpack, The Tilopa by F-Stop.

Thanks to this month's contributors and congratulations to this years EPA winners! NPN members, please leave feedback if there is an article you particularly enjoyed! Happy New Year!

Richard

Richard, as always, a great job!

Folks, be sure to take some time to read and comment on these articles (you can skip mine and go straight to the EPA 2010 Gallery). The reading this month is outstanding!

Just another wonderful lineup not to be missed! Great work as usual, Richard. The EPA's are a great representation of the incredible talent on this forum.
