Bosque del Apache
Stopped over at the Bosque on way to Tucson. Although most of the ponds were frozen, the magic was there. Will select a few more to share as I finish processing.

Todd took the words right out of my mouth. Striking! Personally, I'd prefer just a bit more details in the shadows.

Love the shot Bill. Was there one flying with this one? Seems like there is another one creating some shadows on this one. It would be nice to have more detail in the shadows but I know how hard it is to shoot the birds. Great comp and shot!

Very good job of keeping this in the frame Bill! I might try to get a few more details out of the shadows as well. Look forward to seeing more from your trip.

Very nice placement of the bird within the frame. Great blue sky and moment of it's flight as well. Very well done.
