Just in case anyone is looking for a good, inexpensive monitor, the NEC online store is selling the refurb P221W for $199. It's a wide screen, wide gamut monitor. Right now it's showing in stock.

Dang! I wish I had a couple hundred bucks!

Very good price when you consider that Amazon has a "new" version of this for $404.00. I've read some good things about this monitor. I've been considering it for a while. Amazon also has this model with the built in calibration for around $680.00.

Ditto! Wish I could afford two.

That is an excellent price on the P221W. I own one of these and have used Spectraview to calibrate. It is an excellent monitor not as wide gamut as other NEC monitors.

If anyone wants to see it and compare to other NECs give me a shout.

Thanks for the tip and for the comments. As I am in market for a monitor, this might be the one.

Thanks again, Paul. I received mine on Friday, got it calibrated and love it!

Scott - Are you using the spectraview software to calibrate it?
